What a beautiful story! Thank you for sharing it with us.
That was really lovely. Thank you!
Wonderful devotional on a subject I need to keep foremost in my mind. Thanks.
That was very nice!!!
Beautiful, Lynn. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful and inspirational, Lynn. As one who, at one time when space allowed, has quilted, I think some of the most beautiful quilts I've ever seen are the scrappy ones, though I share your sentiments about polyester. :) Quilts are all about the love--to those who make them, those who restore them, and to those who receive them.
That was really beautiful. I'm teary-eyed now. I had to send that one to my mother and sister, who both love your quilting blog :)
Nice. Children have a similar effect.
Are there pictures of the quilt on the quilting blog?
That was lovely, PBW. :-)
Okay, I'm really behind in my blog reading so you may never get to see this comment, but I had to say that that was a beautiful story and so true. When my boys showed some interest in quilting, we took all their favorite t-shirts that had gone past wearability and stuck them in a bag to be made into a memory quilt. They then lost interest, but I imagine I'll still make them the quilt some day.Cheers,Margaret
