Anniversary

PBW the weblog turned a year old over the weekend. To celebrate, I've switched the content font (selfish, but I like Arial better than Georgia, and it's a little easier for me to read.) I'll also be adding some links on the sidebar for readers who have been coming here since I shut down the old web site.

I do appreciate all the nice people who stop in regularly and make this place so much fun. You all are the reason I didn't hit that Delete Blog icon the three thousand times I've been tempted to do so. Thank you for that.

  1. Congrats on the anniversary. I don't comment much (uh, at all?), but I have been reading. :)

Happy anniversary! You do realize that if you delete this great blog anytime in the near future, your rear will be so kicked, don't you?

    May there be many more.

  6. Happy Anniversary. We're glad you didn't hit the delete blog button. Blogger makes that button entirely too accessible.

    Here's to another year!

  8. Congrats! So happy you didn't delete your blog, though I'm sure it was tempting many times. But I just recently discovered you and would hate to see you disappear from the blogging scene : )

  10. No. Do not hit Delete Blog. Repeat . . .

I've done it (by accident). Blogger managed to recover everything, but oh boy was I kicking myself.

    Happy anniversary!

  11. You don't want to hit "delete blog". Really, you don't. Recently I ran across a link to a blog I knew had been deleted. Someone had taken it over and written one post--a nasty one. Then filled the sidebar with porno links. (Shudder)

Happy anniversary! Here's hoping for many more posts from the real PBW, not the fake one who takes over if you delete it. ;)

Happy Anniversary, PBW - gosh, your blog is growing up so fast (wipes tear). It's my first read of the morning, so don't make me: drive three hours to the airport, pay for an overpriced ticket, travel eighteen hours with a bunch of drunk backpackers, pissy businessmen and screaming children squished next to an overweight, nervous traveller, drive some more to where you live and... plead.
