PBW the weblog turned a year old over the weekend. To celebrate, I've switched the content font (selfish, but I like Arial better than Georgia, and it's a little easier for me to read.) I'll also be adding some links on the sidebar for readers who have been coming here since I shut down the old web site.
I do appreciate all the nice people who stop in regularly and make this place so much fun. You all are the reason I didn't hit that Delete Blog icon the three thousand times I've been tempted to do so. Thank you for that.

You don't want to hit "delete blog". Really, you don't. Recently I ran across a link to a blog I knew had been deleted. Someone had taken it over and written one post--a nasty one. Then filled the sidebar with porno links. (Shudder)

Happy Anniversary, PBW - gosh, your blog is growing up so fast (wipes tear). It's my first read of the morning, so don't make me: drive three hours to the airport, pay for an overpriced ticket, travel eighteen hours with a bunch of drunk backpackers, pissy businessmen and screaming children squished next to an overweight, nervous traveller, drive some more to where you live and... plead.
