Done

Finished, the novel that was driving me bonkers, after much dithering, off to NY, bye-bye.

One more to finish and I'm done for the year. Probably another week. Trust me, you'll hear the clunk.

  2. Time now to binge on pickled onions and naked photos of hamsters in jam.

    You've earned it!

I don't know how you do it!

Okay, in a way I guess I do know, since you're so open about your processes and all... but you know what I mean.

    Congrats!

  6. One more on the year. I wish I could have that kind of output.

Of course, I have to ditch my day job to do it.

    Kick it, PBW. Kick it.

Warning: It's highly contagious. We saw ostriches this morning and elephants this afternoon.

  10. Congratulations. Good work! Snoopy Dancing shall commence. I'll give a brief rendition now, but, assuming I survive the next week of hell at work, I'll give a more energetic rendition next week this time.

  11. Congrats!! Now, I'll be keeping my ears out for that clunk. I bet I hear it all the way out here and you can take at least part of the holiday season off. Recharge your batteries. Gaze at the clouds--no, wait--if you do that they're sure to combine themselves into shapes that spark yet another story. Better stick to cooking great holiday food. :)

  12. Congrats!

I saw Private Demon on a display rack -- with two slots! -- in Barnes and Noble today, in the suburbs near Chicago.

    Congratulations!
This means I get even MORE books to read. Yes! Thank the lord for prolific writers. We readers are always in need of new books. Must feed the addiction. Having done so this year to the tune of a couple of thousand dollars already, I still need more.
Books are my drug of choice. I refuse to quit the addiction.
