Art is one of those emotive subjects and sometimes I find it pretentious, but I really like this artist and her work is fantastic. The life in her paintings shines out and she brings .. oh I know what I mean but can't find the right words. Suffice to say, her paintings speak to me and if I had money I'd but them all and be proud to display them on my walls.
ReplyDeleteI thought she described her art so eloquently, too, Fran. Sometimes knowing the artist's vision and how the journey brought her to this point in her process makes you feel a stronger, more direct connection to her work.
