After chasing my young one all over the house this morning, (hot on the trail of Easter Bunny clues) I'm going to veg today too - maybe even finish reading "Blind Lake".

    Happy Easter!

And I swear, one day, I'm going to write a short story using as many "word verification" words as I can. I particularly liked "Mepriq" today!

I think it will start off with - "There was definitely something wrong with Mepriq" . . .

It would probably end up part Burgess, part Lovecraft - but 20% less Cthulhu and Russian . . .

  4. I love those Romantic paintings. I'm a bit of a sap that way.

I wish you a revelatory Easter. May something you thought dead live again in you today.

  7. Happy Easter to you and yours, PBW.

Dean, I love that wish for us. Hopefully my dead work-in-progress will come alive for me today.

  11. Amazing. I had not seen this one, but it reminded me so much of my favourite painintg (Leighton's The Last Watch of Hero) that I was not surprised to find that they were by the same artist.

Thank you so much for intorducing more beauty into my life.
