Running Late (Again!)

Sorry I'm late posting. It's been a heck of a week here, work-wise. Here's a neat video about the miniature art of sculptor Thomas Doyle, who isn't just building dollhouses (with narration and background music, for those of you at work):

    This brought back a lot of memories. Years ago, I used to build miniature furniture. I'd been fascinated with scenery ever since I saw the Thorne Miniature Rooms in Chicago. I had to give it up when the arthritis in my hands got worse.

    I never thought to populate my scenes, but I like what he did cutting and gluing body parts the way he needed them.
