More Waverley!

I've finally received some gotta-preorder SPAM from B&N.com that made me very happy, and since I've bullied encouraged some of you to read this author, I thought I'd pass along the news:

Since Garden Spells remains my #1 favorite novel by Sarah Addison Allen, obviously I cannot wait to read this one.

What new releases are you looking forward to this Fall and Winter? Share the love in comments.

  1. I have all of Sarah Addison Allen's books and can't wait to return to Waverley. Yippee!

Two of my most anticipated reads came out this week, but two more on the horizon: The Darkest Touch, Gena Showalter's latest in the Lord of the Underworld saga; Soulbound, #6 in Kristen Callihan's Darkest London series.

  2. Wow, thanks for the heads up on this one. Like you Garden Spells is my favourite - can't wait to read this one and it gives me the chance to read GS again. Like terlee I'm waiting for The Darkest Touch, also the last book in the O'Dwyer trilogy from Nora Roberts, Broken Open by Lauren Dane, A Midwinter's Tail by Sofie Kelly, the next G A Aiken Dragonkin book, and I just heard that there's a new Cynster series coming from Stephanie Laurens soon. I'm also waiting for the next book in the Iron Druid series by Kevin Hearne but that's not out until the end of next year. I've just finished reading Shiloh Walker's Sweeter Than Sin and now need the next one to come out soon. Oh so many goodies to look forward to.... When do we get your next offering?

I was very much looking forward to Ilona Andrews' new "Burn for me" series and was not dissapointed. ....except for the cover art which is just god awful and does not represent the book at all. If i would not have known the authors from the "Edge" series I would have never bought the book. I don't know if it's a cultural thing - in Germany books with covers like that are known as "housewife porn" . :-)))))
