Art is one of those emotive subjects and sometimes I find it pretentious, but I really like this artist and her work is fantastic. The life in her paintings shines out and she brings .. oh I know what I mean but can't find the right words. Suffice to say, her paintings speak to me and if I had money I'd but them all and be proud to display them on my walls.
I thought she described her art so eloquently, too, Fran. Sometimes knowing the artist's vision and how the journey brought her to this point in her process makes you feel a stronger, more direct connection to her work.
