And so do my characters. In naming them I have to match up the name (word color) to their color or it doesn't work. I also think of the story itself and the world it's in as having colors too. So I guess I have been using signature colors; it's how I think. Interesting to hear that others use color this way too.Rachel Bhttp://rachel.bicha.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8343238.post-21982860737679644272012-03-25T12:49:41.612-04:002012-03-25T12:49:41.612-04:00Fascinating. I hadn't thought about color signatures, but when I consider my most alive characters, they all have colors associated with them, and my dull characters don't.

Um. My best characters have scents, too. I can see I have a lot of work ahead. :-)

Thanks for making me think!Deb Salisbury, Magic Seeker and Mantua-Makerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01513482264195697450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8343238.post-21170258773692317842012-03-25T11:31:18.319-04:002012-03-25T11:31:18.319-04:00You have given me some great ideas! I'd probably go brown, green, and either blue or dark red for the third one. Hmmm... tricky... I'll have to have a bit more of a think.Bonnee Crawfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01513268628209169538noreply@blogger.com
