I don't lock up my journals, and I'm fairly sure my daughter has peeked in a few, but it doesn't bother me. Any pages that I never want anyone to read I rip out and burn after I've written them. Good cleansing ritual, too. the authorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03220786472896283714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8343238.post-10796328562772417662016-06-15T16:48:42.825-04:002016-06-15T16:48:42.825-04:00Thank you, lady. I save things I find in old books in some of my journals, too -- usually bookmarks, but sometimes letters and once a lock of hair. :)the authorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03220786472896283714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8343238.post-66843526260460221982016-06-15T16:42:58.643-04:002016-06-15T16:42:58.643-04:00I have a question. When I asked her what she was scribbling, she said they were notes to help her remember things. To my knowledge she's never allowed anyone to see her little notebook.

Maria Zanninihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01604862636922299273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8343238.post-72474730450565096952016-06-15T11:39:52.933-04:002016-06-15T11:39:52.933-04:00That quilted piece is gorgeous!
I'm so tired ...That quilted piece is gorgeous!

I'm so tired of working full time. I want to be home. I want me time, time to write again because I miss it so. Time to clean or not clean or walk or window shop or have tea. I want time to relax and just love my dogs instead of telling them to go away while I try to unwind from the day. I'm going to retire at the end of the year. It's time. I miss being home to do all the things I did before I worked. Like just be me...nightsmusichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05984119792540771870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8343238.post-7863451935035296512016-06-15T09:36:19.416-04:002016-06-15T09:36:19.416-04:00I stuff all kinds of things in between the pages o...I stuff all kinds of things in between the pages of my journals....a flower from a walk, postcards, notices of events in town. And as far as looking back....how else would I remember 40-something years later about Billy kissing me at church and then Marcia telling him lies about me?
Judy H https://www.blogger.com/profile/13685822567236742303noreply@blogger.com
